Published statistics are categorized into two types based on the responsibility for their execution:

 A. All statistics issued by GASTST, which include data, information, and indicators collected or calculated concerning community conditions and activities.
B. All statistics issued by public entities, private establishments, or other entities, which are based on:

1. Statistical surveys conducted by those entities or establishments.
 2. Paper or electronic records containing data or information across various activities supervised by public entities or private establishments, related to statistical fields and other matters concerning community conditions and activities, in addition to records on the production operations of those entities and establishments.

The scope of application of this policy covers both types mentioned. The publication of research findings and studies carried out by individual researchers is excluded from the application of these policies.
