In case the inspector was unable to locate the locality in the services directory, he has to search in the localities mentioned in the locality directory after making sure of its accurate name, add this locality to the services directory, take geographical data and add the nearest locality that has a health care center and a hospital with mentioning the distance and the type of road.

The inspector has to ask about the health unit and whether it is still operating, dropped, canceled or moved.
