Data of the Household Health Survey form is divided in terms of the timeline to:
- The basic data of household members relies on the time of the surveyor's visit to the household
- The health status relies on the two weeks prior to the visit.
- The child birth and mortality rates are recorded according to the five years prior to the visit.
- Accidents and injuries are recorded according to 12 months prior to the visit.
