The issuance of the first directory of services in cities and villages of the kingdom started in 1402H and continued annually until the 8th directory in 1411H. The directory issuance stopped temporarily as GASTAT was busy with conducing the census of 1413H As the services directory has caused to create a database of services at the level of the locality and as changes in the services were limited, GASTAT has seen that the directory should be updated and issued every three years. 
The last issuance of the directory (15th) was in 1436H/2015. Fiscal year 1436/1437H will be the reference year for data of the next directory (16th).
