Due to the importance of defining the necessary works and procedures of the issuance of the directory (16th) of services in cities and villages and to guarantee the completion of all works in the set time, it was necessary to set a clear plan with a timetable for implementing all steps of preparing the directory with a view to achieving the following goals:

1. Updating all data and information in the previous services directory.
2. Adding what's new of geographical data and information, data of educational, health, social, administrative and agricultural services, security and judiciary services, services of banks and lending funds and public services at the level of the locality as well as the available services at the level of the administrative region. 
3. Adding localities where any kind of services is available for the first time.
