سجل الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة العربية السعودية ارتفاعًا نسبة0.7% خلال يوليو 2025 مقارنةً بنظيره من العام الماضي، يعزى ذلك الى ارتفاع تكاليف القطاع السكني بنسبة 0.7% والقطاع غير السكني 0.6%. وذلك وفقاً لنشرة الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء لشهر يوليو2025 الصادرة من الهيئة العامة للإحصاء.
وعلى أساس شهري، سجلت تكاليف البناء في القطاع السكني ارتفاع نسبته 0.4% خلال يوليو 2025 مقارنةً بالشهر السابق من العام نفسه، في حين سجل تكاليف القطاع غير السكني ارتفاعا نسبته 0.5%.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء (CCI) يعكس تحركات الأسعار لمدخلات البناء عبر 51 بندًا من السلع والخدمات، يتم جمع أسعارها بشكل شهري من مختلف مناطق المملكة وقد حُددت سنة 2023 كسنة أساس لقياس هذا المؤشر.
