حصلت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء على شهادة أفضل بيئة عمل (Great Place To Work®) لعام 2026، وهي شهادة دولية تمنح للجهات التي تثبت التزامها بتعزيز ثقافة بيئة العمل الإيجابية، وتستند في منحها إلى آراء وانطباعات منسوبي الجهة وتجاربهم المرتبطة بالعمل والثقافة السائدة في الجهة، إذ تعد الهيئة إحدى الجهات الحكومية الرائدة في بناء بيئة عمل ممكنة للكفاءات الوطنية ومعززة للتجربة الوظيفية.
وجاء هذا الإنجاز انعكاسًا لالتزام الهيئة بتعزيز بيئة العمل وتطوير تجربة الموظفين، وجهودها المستمرة في التمكين وتطوير القدرات لتحقيق مستهدفاتها الاستراتيجية القائمة على التكامل والشفافية.
الجدير بالذكر أن Great Place To Work® تعد مرجعاً عالمياً في قياس ثقافة بيئة العمل وسلوكيات القيادة التي ترتبط بتحقيق نمو مستدام، وتعزيز الانتماء الوظيفي والاستمرارية، إضافة إلى دعم الابتكار داخل المؤسسات.
