Quality control of data of Households and Individuals ICT Access and Usage Survey
To guarantee the quality of Households and Individuals ICT Access and Usage Survey, three sections have been added to these rules
as follows:
Rules to be considered in sections and questions:
- These rules are programmed by computer to move automatically between sections and questions according to the interviewee answers.
- Error rules: Rules that are not permissible to be transgressed where the researcher has to make modifications by asking the household head.
- Warning rules: Rules that are set to ensure the soundness of data entry. The researcher may disregard them.
