A-In cities

1-Regions across the city have been given numbers starting with 001 and ending with the last number of region in the city;

2-Sectors across the region have been given numbers starting with 01 and ending with the last number of sector in the region;

3-Blocks across the sector have been given numbers starting with 001 and ending with the last number of block in the sector;

4-Buildings across the block have been give numbers under which each block starts with number (1);

5-Houses across the building have been given numbers under which units in each building starts with (1);

6-Numbers of buildings have been placed in a clear and proper location at the right side of the building's main entrance;

7-Numbers of houses have been placed in a clear and proper location at the doors of houses; and

8-Numbers have been written in black and then an adhesive tape has been placed with numbers written on it.

B-In villages

1-Buildings in each populated area have been given numbers starting with (1);

2-Houses across the building have been given numbers starting with (1);

3- Numbers of buildings have been placed in a clear and proper location at the right side of the building's main entrance;

4- Numbers of houses have been placed in a clear and proper location at the doors of houses; and

5- Numbers have been written in black and then an adhesive tape has been placed with numbers written on it.
