The General Authority for Statistics announces its intention to rent a furnished building with full office services in Riyadh city as follows:
1.The rental will be in accordance with the state's real estate rental and eviction system and its implementing regulations.
2.The building should be new (preferably not more than (10) years old from the date of completion of construction), in excellent architectural condition, located on spacious main streets, and with easy access to the building from several public streets.
3.The office space should not be less than 800 square meters and not more than 1500 square meters, and it should be furnished with full office services.
4.The building must be completely thermally insulated according to the requirements of the Saudi Code.
5.The building should have enough elevators for a multi-storey building, provided that they can accommodate at least 150 employees, in addition to service elevators.
6.The building should have at least 100 car parks, in addition to a sufficient number of external car parks for the visitors.
7.It should contain open spaces that can be used as meeting or training halls and should be furnished, and a theater site if possible.
8.The building should be equipped with security cameras, video communication cameras and recording cameras for the halls, as determined by the authority.
9.Warranties should be provided on works and equipment. Furthermore, all architectural, electrical, mechanical, construction and executive plans for the building sholud be provided with the warranties on works and equipment. In addition, a report on the security and safety of the building structurally which contains full services such as water, electricity, telephone and sanitation should be provided. The plans should be detailed according to the executor for all services.
10.All maintenance work on the inventories is the responsibility of the lessor and is always available.
11.The site entrances and exits should be isolated from any other entities.
12.The property should have separate electricity and water meters and is filtered
13.The building should contain telephone and information technology networks
14.The building should have a sufficient number of private and public toilets, in addition to toilets for people with special needs
15.The building must not have been previously vacated by a government entity at the owner's request.
16.The owner should not be an employee of the General Authority for Statistics.
17.The lease term will be a one-year renewable term
18.A copy of the title deed, building permit, a certificate from the Civil Defense stating that the means of security and safety are available in the property, and a certificate from an engineering consultancy office stating that the foundations of the property are technically sound and appropriate, and a plan showing its location in the city of Riyadh, and the address and phone number of the owner must be attached to the offer.
19.The rental will be according to what the inspection committee sees, which will depend entirely on the best conditions and features offered for this property.
Offers must be submitted and delivered to the Director General of Financial Affairs and entitled (the competition for renting a furnished building with full office services for the General Authority for Statistics) and delivered to the following address (Tamkeen Tower located on King Salman Road, sixth floor, General Department of Financial Affairs) no later than the end of the office hours on Sunday, 10 /11/1442H. (20/06/2021). The envelopes will be opened at the same location for submitting offers on Monday, 11/11/1442H. (21/06/2021) at 11 am.
